Our clinicians provide assessment and diagnosis of various health conditions, medication prescriptions/renewals and consultation, lab and diagnostic requisitions, referrals, form completion (MTO physicals, sport/employment physical ODSP, WSIB, concussion, insurance, employer FAF), ear cleaning, tick removal, sick notes, TB testing, vaccinations etc.​​

Wait time only 5 to 10 minutes!

Nurse Practitioners currently cannot bill OHIP ** Basic visit age 7 and up $35, age 6 and under $40 **
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please go to your nearest hospital.
